Having Problems Posting ~ Can You Fix It?

I'm having some difficulties. When I try to post something, it takes as much as 5 minutes for it to finish posting. At first I thought it just froze and I ended up hitting "post" again. (Hence the two Pagans On Film listings!) :O
If I sit there for a while and let it run its course, it will usually finish posting properly. Sometimes when it's done, it tells me that the page is unavailable. When I try to refresh I get nothing. I have to go back into the page from my Favorites list and wait for it to come up. Usually when it does, I can find my post.
There was at least on incidence when my post was lost to the ethers. That sucked. :-(
I know the problem isn't on my end. This isn't the only forum I play on. In fact, I sometimes pull another one up when I'm waiting for a post to go through and play there until it's done!
So, can you fix it?????

- before you say that my "pulling up another board" causes the problem. I didn't start doing that until I realized what the problem was. I have noticed that it has no effect on the amount of time that passes between the point where I hit the "post" button and when it actually finishes posting.
