Tea Leaves??

Has anyone here ever tried reading tea leaves?
The first time I tried it, I was amazed at how clear the images were! I wasn't sure how I was going to see pictures in some clumps of wet tea - I figured I would have to stare at it a bit & see what I could make out. It wasn't like that at all. The second you flip the cup over you can see the symbols, which are often quite detailed.
Out of all the books I've seen on the subject, the one I found to be the best was Tea Leaf Reading by William Hewitt. This originated as a pocket book, but was expanded to a larger edition in order to include more symbols. I've got both copies now! :-P
So, have you tried reading tea leaves?

No. I always wanted to be able to do that however. I don't learn things like that by reading about it. I usually learn magick by instinct, or from anohter person passing something along. I am an "instinctual" kind of person.
I might, however, get that book and see what it is like. I went to th public library and requested a book on Tarot, and one on witchcraft once. Giggle! I remember the librarians face. I shall excite the town again when I ask for this one.
My hubby threatened with putting me outside in the doghouse to live if I brought more books home to keep without really thinking about it first. I could start my own lending library, but I have none on Tea reading.
But I am a big time tea drinkier and have a collection of teacups. What kind of cup do you use?
