Howdy folks! I have been Wiccan for the last 8 years and regretfully confess I haven't practiced the belief for approx. 3 of them. Now I come to the table in need of assistence and (gulp) help. My fiance' has a brother who for as long as he can remember has been "haunted" by visions and dreams influenced by a being that (from my understanding) calls itself "Archaos" (Ark-a-o-is).

Well I'm new to this path, and I just need some pointers on how to celebrate certain rituals, and holy days...I know that we can personalize our own rituals...but I need somewhere to start...and pointers are welcome..

Before I became Pagan, a couple months ago, my meditation was very grounded and simple. It consisted of centering myself expelling the dark and filling with light. Now, I do that. But when my mind starts to go different places. To meet my spirit guide. I can't seem to ground myself. Floating, doing circles under the canopy. Basically not getting any work done. It's great fun, but, I'm getting frustrated. It's kind of like the restraint of my physical body is taken away and child like wonder is taking over. I become 5 again. I feel as if I've done enough exploring as a child of that age can do. It seems that my everyday self is not the same as my meditation self.

I can't believe it is only tuesday!!! I have about 36 hours and counting before I leave on a trip of epic proportions....at least one would think so, lol. The Spiral Rhythems Festival starts on Thursday, and I am about to burst...the wait is killing me! Not really, but I am VERY excited about it! I can hardly sleep or eat.

My Mom just requested advice about what she can do to banish the energy of the former owner of her house and at the same time sweeten the disposition of her mercurial husband. I gave her the lists of banishing & blessing herbs, candle colors, a few banishing and self-blessing spells, and to incorporate more hugs into the house if possible.
